He provides invaluable understanding and interpretation of complex NHS services and systems. Nicholaus has excellent knowledge of both local and national health and social care datasets. He has excellent experience of developing business analysis specifications, coordinating data collection and analysing data to deliver insight to clients. Nicholas has developed a multitude of complex financial and economic models enabling clients to understand the whole system impact of initiatives and to identify the potential benefits that can be delivered. He has a degree in Information Management and has a decade of experience providing Health Informatics within NHS Primary Care.
Nicola has been providing freelance consultancy, training, research and interim support since 2005. She brings over 18 years practitioner and consultant
experience in working with partners to shape safer, stronger and healthier communities and supporting organisations to improve health and wellbeing. Nicola has experience of working with organisations and partnerships at various levels with particular specialisms in health and wellbeing, drugs and alcohol related harm, domestic abuse and service improvement.
Eve has over twenty years of experience working in senior leadership, operational management and within consultancy roles in health and local government.
She has achieved excellent results working on large organisational change programmes, within complex projects, challenging environments and with multiple stakeholders.
Eve is a positive leader who has an organised and structured approach whilst also a natural flair in facilitating workshops, empowering staff and successfully encouraging teams to be interactive in service re-design.
